Susin I-Tork - UAE

Susin i-Tork ME FZC is a joint venture company between Susin Technologies Private Limited, India and I-Tork Controls Ltd., Korea commissioned in the year 2012 in Sharjah, UAE to focus on Middle East and North Africa market.

We manufacture the electrical actuators in I-Tork Controls plant in South Korea, Pneumatic series of actuators and gearboxes in Susin Technologies plant in India. The electrohydraulic actuators are manufactured in the KTC Controls plant in Germany.

UAE operation of Susin I-Tork supports valve OEMs with range of actuators such as pneumatic, electric, electrohydraulic and mechanical gearboxes for the project and MRO requirements. Over the years Susin has transformed from being an actuator supplier to the solution provider for major critical applications at the customer sites especially in the HVAC, and District Cooling applications.

Susin has its presence across the globe thereby catering to the needs of the customers across the globe.

History

With over decade of presence in the Middle East region, Susin I-Tork cater to the needs of customers with the supply of high quality electrical, pneumatic and electrohydraulic actuators for some of the world class projects in water and wastewater treatment plants, desalination plants, chilled water and district cooling applications.

The success story of Susin I-Tork in the Middle East Region began with the supply of electrical actuators with PROFIBUS communication protocol for valve size as low as DN100 for the customer Qatar Foundation. Susin I-Tork beat the competition from well-known electrical actuator brands and made a mark for itself.

The early success in water industry has opened a world of opportunities to venture into the other industries within this region.

Susin I-Tork has now thousands of install base of its actuators not only limited to water industry, but also in Oil & Gas, Energy, Process industry etc.,

Valve Automation Partner

Susin Itork has an ally in Messen Controls ME, who does the valve automation, integration and testing of valves. The valves are fitted with Susin make actuators with the valve accessories such as positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, air filer regulators, volume tanks etc., as per the customer requirement, functional tested and shipped to the customer as a valve actuator package based on the customer / project needs.

Susin has also executed various automation jobs from other VAC centres such as Score Europe etc.,

Susin I-Tork has appointed distributors in the Middle East region to stock and distribute the range of electrical and pneumatic actuators to cater to the customer needs in the projects and MRO business.

Al Zerwa Trading

Al Zerwa is a pioneer industrial solution provider in the Middle East region. They have strong presence in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.

Valmark DWC LLC

Valmark is a major stockiest and supplier of valves, actuators and piping materials to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Power and Water industries in the Middle East region.

At any given point of time Susin’s electrical and pneumatic actuators up to the range of 2000 Nm is stocked by these distributors, can be delivered to the customers on the shortest possible lead-time. Each of these distributors have integration and testing capability as well, which helps Susin to deliver quality product to the customers.

The quality and versatility of Susin I-Tork actuators not only won the customers in this region, but also created interests among the leading EPC companies in the Middle East regions. Susin has supplied its actuators to the various projects handled by leading EPCs such as Metito, Saipem etc.,

Tecton Engineering and Construction LLC

TECTON Engineering & Construction LLC is the flagship Company of TECTON Group. TECTON, as a Group, focuses on Utilities, Seawater Desalination, Water and Wastewater, Hydrocarbons (Oil & Gas), Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects.

Susin and Tecton has worked together on some of the major projects such as Tanajib Desalination Plant, Saudi Arabia, 150 MLD Desalination plant in Chennai, India and 100 MLD Desalination plant in GIDC, Gujarat, India.

Eventually Tecton will represent Susin I-Tork in the Abu Dhabi region.

Susin is working with Tecton to get the approval in ADEWA.

Dutco Tennant LLC is a leader in supplying industrial and engineering solutions for diverse industry verticals from construction to networking, electrical etc., Dutco has contributed to the creation of world class private and public infrastructure such as water and wastewater projects, airports, exhibition centres, shopping malls, networking infrastructure, hospitals, hotels, universities and offices around the Middle East and GCC region.

Susin and Dutco Tennant has worked together on some of the major projects such as Empower BBET, Muscat Airport, UTICO and EMAAR properties.

Eventually Dutco Tennant will represent Susin I-Tork in the Middle East region except Abu Dhabi.

Susin is working with Dutco Tennant to get the approval from DEWA.

Al Thurayya Trading

Al Thurayya Trading specializes in supplying equipment and services to oil / gas, petrochemical, utilities, medical & industrial sectors within UAE, Middle East and African Countries. Al Thurayya is a prominent supplier to state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and their subsidiaries, Abu Dhabi Water Electricity Authority and their subsidiaries.

Susin is working with Al Thurayya to get the ADNOC approval.
