PDS Actuator (Rotary) Overview

We specialize in providing the best & reliable flow control solutions in the most challenging environments. PDS series Pneumatic Actuators are designed using Scotch-Yoke technology from PDS 50 to the largest of PDS 200.

Utilizes Scotch-Yoke technology, known for producing higher torque at both end positions, making it ideal for valve and damper operations.

Spring Modules

Features different spring modules for various spring output torque values, enhancing safety and convenience.

Mounting Standards

Complies with international standards such as ISO 5211, DIN 3337, NAMUR, and VDI/VDE 3845 for easy and quick mounting of accessories.

Safety

Spring packages are pre-compressed to increase safety during operation.

Certifications

Certified to ATEX 2014/34/EU for use in potentially explosive environments. Suitable for use at SIL3 as a single device, meeting IEC 61508 standards.

High efficiency with low air consumption, reducing operational costs.

Durability

Designed for extremely long service life and reliable performance under various conditions.

Material

Housing made from anodized aluminum, offering durability and corrosion resistance.

Temperature Range

Standard operating temperature range from -20ºC to +80ºC, with options available for higher and lower temperatures upon consultation with the manufacturer.

Torque Ranges

Double Acting: 10Nm to 4000Nm, Spring Return: 5Nm to 1900Nm.

Drive Shaft

Available in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different valve shafts.

Accessory Mounting

Designed for faster and easier mounting of accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switches, and positioners.
